How It Works
We create nine different meals every week for five weeks - so you will never need to eat the same meals week in and week out (unless you want to ... in which case stock up during your favourite week and freeze to your hearts content).
Then we run the same 5 weekly menus four more times ... Plenty of chance to try the meals you missed the first time or to get more of the ones you liked best.
Pick your menu or week of delivery. Select your meals/ soups/ desserts/ baking.. Select 1 to 12 items per delivery. There are no set amounts you must order, no contracts, subscriptions or commitments – just order as you like.
Payment can be made over the phone or online with credit card, debit card or you can do a bank transfer
Once payment is received, your order is packed in a box with a thermal lining and ice. This will keep your meals chilled for 36 hrs for courier delivery. If your order is not received by 2pm , call us on 0800 328 333 so we can chase it up.
Once you have received your order, check it and put it immediately in the fridge or freezer until you are hungry. Heating instructions are on each package.
Pop the Box in recycling, dispose of the non-toxic ice gel in the garden or down the sink (flushing with plenty of water down the sink). You can recycle the liner in a ‘Soft plastics recycling bin’ or place in your household rubbish.
